I have lived in these apartments for 4 years now, and am in no way satisfied. They allow drugs to be bought and sold on property, they don’t address tenant complaints, and want to charge out the a$$ for everything. Save your money, save yourself the headache. DO NOT rent with them

From Day one nothing but issues on their part whether it be spending sensitive information about other peoples accounts or putting payments on wrong accounts. Or just being double charged for utilities just because. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They take 400$ for as an administrative fee so they dont have to return a security deposit to you. they will also charge you for items that were not broken when you move out. They can start my visiting the properties. They are not kept clean as they should be. There was a cleaning company that came out and cleaned every day. Now it's about once a week and it still isn't clean. They are truly modern day slum lords. They need to Bring in security to monitor the disruptive behavior at Henry on the Park. They also need to Retrain the office personnel. Maintenance is horrible. Seriously considering filing a class action lawsuit against them.

Karla the manager Club @North Hills will find a million reasons why not to qualify you! Discriminates against Military families! During Covid many businesses shut down last 2 mths and even though YOU HAVE 40 GRAND in savings and Disability check of $6,000 she will be rude and find a way to deny you! Even when a military student has a legit $1200 housing allowance!! John on the other hand will do 1,000 things to help! Dont lease here if Young professional or student!!!!

Morgan Properties, do not care about their tenants. I’m facing eviction because financially, due to covid-19. 3 years and never been late on rent. I reached out to a program that is willing to assist me with my rent. Morgan Properties won’t apply for the free program to assist tenants that are facing evictions without any reasonings to why. They would rather evict tenants versus applying to a 5 min application to help tenants during this pandemic. Wish the company actually cared about tenants and their families.
