My cat was already treated there before this happened. He got very ill. I needed to get an appointment and the receptionist was rude and could not have cared less. I got upset She would not help when I asked to speak to the vet called Edward. She was very unsympathetic and mean. I got a letter from the vet Edward stating that I was not to bring my cat to see him. Later in the day that I had tried to get the appointment my old cat died. So the letter was not needed.
