Treated me like I was just there to joy ride. Didnt treat me like a real constomer. Got a letter in the mail and they were not willing to honor it. They are scam artists for sure. They sold me a jeep 2 years ago and over priced me for it. i had to have many things done to it after buying. I brought a pos and turned it into what it is now. Very displeased do not reccommend anyone go here. Public service is much better and attended to my needs and did not treat me like I was just there to joy ride !
This is our second vehicle we have purchased from Riverside in Marquette-we loved our 2013 Rav 4 and really we're not thinking of trading up but the deal was too good to pass up! We were completely satisfied with Maryssa-she was so helpful and knowledgeable and also very patient with us! Mr Payment who did our paperwork was so nice and very professional too. Two weeks ago we purchased a Nissan Murano from Riverside. The sales experience was very good from start to finish. We were pleased with the price we received for our trade-in. Our salesperson, Maryssa Mitchell, deserves special mention. We looked at several cars and Maryssa was knowledgeable about them all. If she didn't have an answer immediately, she emailed us within hours with the information. She was exceptionally customer-focused and professional.
