Riverside in Marquette screwed my friend over so bad with a sale they made. She bought a vehicle from them under warranty and they refused to pay for any of the repairs it needed. 0-5 stars from me and hundreds of other people who heard her story.
Bought a used vehicle from them about a month ago ,paid cash ( hard earned cash)only to have the transmission give out before we could even leave Marquette to go home,tried contacting dealership concerning this to no avail ,Will never recommend them to anyone.Very very poor customer dervice
