Got a vehicle from them in May and I am very happy on this end. Didn't get my pic with the SUV on their facebook page for some reason though. Still wondering about that. It was taken. LOL. Anyway, I would go back to them in the future. Sean was good to deal with in sales. Got the underbody and paint stuff done as well. My mom has even dealt with them on two cars now over the last few years. Worth the ride to Marquette.
Brandon, Peter, Ryan and the service team really helped me out with my hot mess of a car, and even helped make recommendations for fixing the things that are out of their realm. They really took care of me and Big Bertha 😁

If you have an appointment with the service department for a recall (appointment made 3 weeks ago) be sure to call repeatedly to be sure they have the parts. My daughter had an appointment for tomorrow at 10 am. She has to take a whole day off work to do this and she had planned ahead. They called her at 4:55pm today to tell her they did not have the parts (after telling her previously that they did). This left her no time to rearrange her schedule. We were excited to find people willing to think outside the box in dealing with our used car needs. Working with our very specific checklist and very specific payment amount, EJ was diligent to help us find exactly what we wanted. He showed us several vehicles, kept in contact with us in between visits, and even spoke to the manager when we made our offer below the already reduced price. If you’re a young female please make sure to bring a male counterpart. Otherwise expect to be talked down to and or treated like a child. Dave, the service manager, was extremely rude and became very defensive when I asked any questions in reference to past warranties and pricing of labor. We argued about a part that was replaced less than 2 years ago at Riverside...he failed to take into consideration a faulty part and instead insisted that it was my driving (can you say sexist????). They are amazing and extremely patient. First time buyer here and when by bank approved me then lead me around by my nose they came up with solutions and catered to my needs even when the bank denied me for absolutely no reason. I went through them for my loan and was approved the next day after a month and a half of my bank leading me around. Jeremiah was amazing, if you get him you are set there is no one better.
