RecommendedOn the ride home from work today, a bunch of deer (4 females followed by a buck) were about to run DIRECTLY in front of my Toyota RAV4. Before I could even hit my breaks, the dashboard turned red & the break assist function literally STOPPED my car! It all happened in a matter of seconds. No doubt if my car didn’t take over, one of those deer would’ve been on the hood! I’ve been curious since purchasing it in August, what it would feel like if my car took over? Happy it worked just like my salesperson, EJ said it would!
They suck, all Riverside dealerships!! sold a lemon and no recourse for consumers!!!!
Been waiting too long to get my airbag recall taken care of.
They were able to get a part quickly for me, but was slightly let down by a long wait when I came in person to pick it up. I understand when it’s busy, but you should have someone at a the service parts window if you’ll be away for longer than 5 minutes.
Very nice, friendly staff...Michelle in service is THE BEST!! Very help. My service appointment was prompt and done in a timely matter. was a good experience. Will continue being my car's service here. Thanks everyone!
My husband and I worked with Cesar before, during and he even checked up on us after we purchased our 2011 Tundra. Everyone at Riverside was very helpful and patient with us! Greatly appreciated and definitely recommend working with Cesar!
