Thank you to all the staff at Riverside for the frequent and ongoing support for my elderly stepmother, and to me, while she lived at home, prior to moving to nursing care. The surgery is busy so it can take some time to get through and wait for a call back but receptionists and doctors were always responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Drs Rogers, Foley and Tabor for their warmth, kindness and sensible advice. It was greatly appreciated.

I've been registered with this practice for 18 months and have consistently had an amazing experience. After living in central London for over 25 years, where the population is vastly larger than High Wycombe, I can confidently say that getting an appointment here is 100 times easier and faster. Frankly, you should disregard the negative reviews. This practice is genuinely excellent, and those who complain likely don't appreciate the struggles other practices face nationwide. Recently moved into the area and Riverside was close and accepting new patients. Registration was fairly simple all done on line. Possibly helped i already had an NHS account. Received my confirmation in days telling who my new GP was. Requested a prescription, again online, checked a couple of days later and it had been issued. Can't fault them at this stage. You can slate the NHS all you like but I bet when you need treatment that's who you go to, and then complain about the wait. Just think before ranting on.

I visited Riverside Surgery on today at approximately 11:47 AM to register as a new patient due to an ongoing mental health concern. I am currently in a vulnerable situation, having recently moved in with my partner after facing serious challenges. When I explained my need to register, I was asked for proof of address. I initially did not mention the full reason for my move but returned shortly after to clarify that I am entitled to register without documentation, as per NHS England guidelines for vulnerable individuals.
