Great splashpark!
Went on a hot Friday and it wasn’t as busy as expected. The splash pad is lots of fun for children and is clean. We also went to the pool which was a good price. Changing rooms clean with lockers for £1. The pool is relatively small but wasn’t too busy. Was fun but the pool felt really cold (others in the pool saying the same) and the chlorine was strong. Nice afternoon out though!
I stopped in here on a long drive and had booked for a lane swim via the Better app at £6.80, which is relatively cheap for this operator. Plenty of paid parking on site and a lovely location. Staff were really helpful. Changing rooms were basic but relatively clean (nice touch having the mirrors in the changing cubicles), with 2 toilets, outdoor warm showers, and lockers (£1 refundable). Its small, expensive, doesnt stay open later in the evening for another adult swim when quiet.. Only offers the adult swim times lane swimming or simikar.. We want some fun too you know
