Lived on the village a year now and so far the service given by all the staff at this surgery is excellent. I have read previous negative reviews and cannot understand why there are complaints. Yes it is a very busy surgery, but the receptionists are extremely helpful and doctors and practice nurses are all very thorough. Thank you for this great service, under today’s pressures!
Excellent service once again, fast tracked through services with skin concern. This was malignant and could have posed a real problem however the efficiency of all at this surgery, from reception to nursing staff and doctor, means that although I had cancer it had been eradicated. So grateful to belong to this surgery

The surgery takes a lot of criticism sometimes unfairly in my opinion . I use anima and it is so quick , I put a note on it at 2.00pm , got a call at 2.45 and an appointment at 4.07 pm same day .No doctors surgery could beat that amazing . The NHS is always criticised but at Riverside my experience is a lot of very polite capable people working very hard to offer a great service . Anima is here to stay embrace it . Every time I use it same day solution and I am in my 60s and not really technical . Deserves 5star Thank you
Appalling service regarding repeat prescriptions, having to be authorised by Riverside at Retford. Many negative comments all relating to repeat prescription medication issues. The surgery needs to address this issue promptly. It is dragging down the reputation of good Doctors at the surgery and helpful reception staff
