Riverside recently completed the Anthra-Zinc cladding to the dormer of one of our private residential projects in London. To help realise the design intent, Thiago visited site twice to discuss details and also ensure the main contractor installed the dormer subframing to VM ZINC's exacting requirements. Thiago then returned with his team and faultlessly executed the zinc install. I recently managed a project with a VMZINC metal roof installation, and the process went smoothly. Thiago and his team were professional, efficient, and clear in their communication. The roof was completed on time and fits perfectly with the building’s design. Would definitely use the company for future projects and highly recommend.
Riverside, performance was excellent. The architect had made a few errors in the design that would have not been approved by VMZinc, and therefore the warranty and guarantee would not have been issued. Thiago, worked with us and VMZinc to correct the errors. On site the workmanship was excellent, and help other trades working on the building. Thiago and the Riverside team did an excellent job replacing an existing hipped lead roof at the front of my property, on a sensitive and prominent corner site. The installation of a new insulated zinc warm roof was done entirely in accordance with VM Zinc’s recommended system.
