A disgrace. Wrote a letter of complaint , didn’t have the decency to actually reply. Probably not been passed on. Receptionists aren’t very helpful. Doctors are probably ok if you can get past the receptionists. Threaten to withhold prescriptions if you don’t attend clinics. Disgusting. Had many problems with the practice over the years. Perhaps the practice manager needs to do more to sort the place out. Just don’t know what the answer is. We are in the process of finding a new practice. Should have done it years ago.

I have always received excellent service and care. I can get an appointment if it’s needed. The staff are caring and provide professional service and car every time.

I have been with this surgery since November, I was a patient at another surgery but I moved due to a very upsetting incident with myself and a receptionist. Riverside surgery have saved my life, that upsetting incident actually have done me a huge favour,the very sad thing is is the fact I went to Riverside with too much Thyroxine in my body, my leg full of fluid, and having a Basal Cell Carcinoma removed from my nose, all of which should have been picked up from my previous surgery.
