I had a heart attack. I am insured in case I cannot work due to illness. Because I am a self-employed person, I have huge expenses related to my business. The insurance company promptly sent the forms that I submitted to the GP doctor on 15/12/2025. I still have no answer from the GP. This is causing stress for my family. Now, due to my financial situation, I cannot rest again. I am afraid of another heart attack only because the GP needs more than a month to write out 4 sheets of paper
Very disappointing service. Wouldn't suggest to my friends or relatives. I made this first review 4 years ago, nothing has changed since then, still 1 star, if I could give less, I would put - 1 how bad this GP is and how rude the staff is. Every single time I go there, there is a problem or something is not available and so on. Last time I was there just few days ago to book my yearly appointment that I book every single year for past 15 years. Going there with my letter as usual and receptionist says - we can't do it. Very rude staff not understanding or empathetic at all and everything just takes forever.
Whenever I have had to go to Riverside I have always been treated with care. They give a good service
