I hope that if the receptionist who was on duty at Riverside Surgery yesterday Monday 4th Nov around 11am ever has an elderly parent try to book an appointment at their doctors desk - that they don't encounter her!! My 87 year old dad was told he had to telephone in to book a follow up appointment to see his Dr after his hosp scan last week. Could she not see his hearing aids to realise he prefers speaking to someone face to face? I've just seen other reviews where people are invited to discuss problems with the practice man... read more
This used to be great surgery where you were the patient. I have today give up hope that the Swan Medical group has any chance of getting it right. The telephone answering involves a long wait always. But today topped it off, unless it is an urgent matter call back on the day your doctor is on duty as our staff cannot handle your medical questions. Otherwise 999 if suffering from…….! One should note that the bulk of the bad reviews are since the Swan Medical Group the Surgery took the surgery over.
Absolutely terrible in the past few months so I moved away ! Rude unhelpful staff. Considerably better service in my new practice
Since becoming swan medical trying to get through is appalling! I had over 30 people ahead of me and in over 40 minutes waiting was down to 28!!! Still can't get through and wen it's to do with something serious such as seizures that's unacceptable, and I will be letting my MP know. Im stunned frankly and extremely concerned that with such a wait to get through u are putting people's lives in jeopardy. Sad days indeed .
