Buyer beware! Having bought at their last development you will be disappointed in the after care and communication from Consero post completion. We are still waiting for things to be fixed, have massive drainage issues and loads of their materials, rubbish on site 2.5 years on. Don’t be fooled by the fancy videos and website. A disappointed homeowner.
Please please think twice before parting with your hard earned money to Consero. Jason Lawrence will disappoint you, fob you off, never complete defects and will just ignore you once he has your money. Avoid this developer no matter how charming he may come across initially.
