No problem all dr and staff very helpful
Rang early this morning in regards to a appointment was told I would have a call at 11.30 I have not received a call.rang the practice back after 1h times the staff members has clearly not put my appointments through and try say there was issues with my phone number this is a lie unhappy with this service and am pretty unwell and desperately wanting this appointment why I have been ringing few times today and the members of staff I last rang was very unhelpful and bitter with her tone!
We have been with Riversdale Surgery since January this year (5 months) and have had, across the board, positive experiences. The reception and administration staff are always warm, polite, and efficient (it only takes a few rings to get through to appointments)! And even though the NHS is stretched at the moment and appointments are often a wait away, there are always emergency appointments available when you call first thing.
