I always service my 2009 Camry at a Toyota Dealership. First, it was Sunrise Toyota, where I bought my car, brand new, then the last two years, at Riverhead, as it's much closer to East Hampton, where I keep the car. My car isn't a two ton piece of metal, it is sentimental to me, as my father, who passed away in 2013, and my best friend, Jim, who passed away in early 2015, both helped get me the car. I was in for a problem with my Toyota and my service advisor Bryan Walsh helped me right away the service technician found the problem and Bryan made the arrangements to get the parts just great
Purchased my 2013 Tundra here from the manager Chad he's friendly and worked to get the deal done. I've had my 45,000 miles of service all performed here. Chris Bielat is a pleasure to deal with. He's knowledgeable about aftermarket parts and service. Eddy and Kristin in service are also great. Nothing is ever perfect but they certainly try to make your experience 100% satisfying.
Excellent Customer Service at Riverhead Toyota. I have bought two vehicles from them. One 2007 Tundra SR5 Crewmax and one 2016 Tacoma limited 4x4. (both in blue color) Toyota manufactures great quality vehicles, the same service, in my opinion, one would also expect from their employees.
