Entune Ap Suite with Scout GPS Link is a piece of garbage. The salesman never warned me I needed a "compatible phone" and I found the actual Entune manual has a chart of compatible phones in which mine is not compatible. This chart should have been shown to me prior to making the deal. As a frequent customer, I expected this problem would be fixed by now. ONLY 10 days since my complaint at delivery and not one voice call from anybody.
Thank you Marshall for helping us find the perfect vehicles for our children. Eric loves his Toyota Tacoma and Alexis loves her Rav 4. We never felt pressured and enjoyed the car buying experience.
