Pleasant experience from beginning to end. They fixed my vehicle quickly, explaining everything, gave me a loaner so I didn't miss work, and got me in and out in no time. I'm a loyal fan
Awesome people. Second time around and still satisfied.
I brought my truck for an oil change, tires replaced and front brake replaced. I made a service appointment at 7am. I wasn't told how long it would take, but I got my truck back at noon. If they would have told me it was going to take 5 hours for the service. I was waiting in the lobby. I would have left the truck all day and go to work. Instead of being late for work. Not very happy about the service
Toyota quality is history. I bought my automobile from Riverhead Toyota because They previously were doing maintenance work on my truck and they prove to be a A1 servicing my truck and 2nd they were terrific people. Mr. Pryor not only sold me my Toyota but explained all the new features in it, I came back next day for a question and he dropped what he was doing and took care of business. Thank you all again.
I was there for service to my 2015 Prius. I was thrilled to be in an out in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly pleasant as usual.
