Doctor Tony nander Stabbed Me in the lip with the numbing needle then we had a few words he proceeded to cause me unbearable pain injecting my gum which he did not accomplish. I feel Violated and completely disrespected i dont known if I address him abut stabbing me in the gum are if its becouse im a young black man but I wouldn't encourage non of us no one to visit this young man has serious issues

I was thinking of leaving this dental office because the dentist was not very personable however, Stephanie the hygienist was so friendly and informative I've decided to keep my family here, Thankyou, Stephanie!
I highly recommend Rivercrest Commons Family Dental. I’ve been going to them for over a year. The front desk personnel are very friendly. I use Hygienist Indie and Dentist Santos who are both absolutely the best. Indie does the best thorough cleaning and Dr. Santos is amazing in giving Novocain injections. I have never been to a dentist where those dreaded shots are actually painless.
Dr. Santos tried to upsell me with a deep cleaning I have been getting my teeth cleaned faithfully every 6 months since forever. And now both Santos and hygienist say I "need" a costly deep cleaning. I just wanted a routine cleaning in the interim while in Florida until my next appt with my regular dentist of (40 years). Shame on them. While visiting Florida from out of state, on Christmas Day, my crown popped off. I found Rivercrest online and left a voicemail. They phoned me back 8am the next morning and I was in the chair by 11:15am. They accepted both of my dental insurance plans. The facility is new and clean and the staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Santos and the hygienist were clear about the plan of care and my financial contribution up front. Both were professional and gentle with care. I highly recommend this practice.
