Very neat and clean, tons of selections of products, sample were awesome, my son kept eating the sushi, and they kept putting out more samples! � The staff were kind and helpful! This was my first time coming here, I love it! This saves me a trip, as well!! Use to go to Hadley and Pittsfield for a Whole Foods store!! I'm pleased!!���
As one of the early owner-members, I had high hopes for our co-op, and have been very happy with the food, the support for local farmers and food producers, and especially the excellent staff. Management needs to step up and pay folks a living wage, and figure out a fair solution for folks who have to use the shuttle. Come on, management! Live up to the values you espouse and treat your workers fairly. Not doing so will erode the co-op's popularity, and in the long run, its prosperity.
While many of us employees elsewhere have to take shuttles from the parking spot to the work location, we understand that to be part of the commute. But once the employee gets to work, PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE LIKE YOU SAY YOU DO!!!! Sheesh. I gave you money years before you existed. Your employees exist now. Pay them. Stop with the freebee classes and the minimalist coop member returns and increase your wage structures. Did it occur to you to add to the options of member return use to donate to the employees???
What an amazing place! First time there.... great experience! Can't wait to go back!
