disappointed by the cliquish culture, lack of real training, and offsite parking, which wasn't communicated to me before hire and was a huge inconvenience.
As a former employee and member-owner who used to shop at the co-op several times a week, I can no longer ethically shop at my community co-op because of the way management treats their workers. How sad is that? Guess I'll be taking my business to Whole Foods until I can buy directly from farms this summer...
I love it there. You can find specialty items like dairy free, lactose free, gluten free products. Also many vegetarian and vegan products.
