Yes, fresh food, yes, great selection, yes convenient (for me) location. But the Biggest Yes for River Valley Market is the outstanding customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, sure, but also Unfailingly Friendly and Helpful. I don't know all their names, but I've had very pleasant interactions with Jamie (what an upbeat guy), as well as Uncle Rodney, et al in the meat department (yay, fishcakes), and the workers in the vitamins/health section. I finally feel safe to grocery shop now! They are the leaders in the area for practicing safety! Everyone, especially the workers, are wearing masks! Thank you!!! :)

This co-op has amazing prepared food and excellent local produce, cheese, bulk, etc. And the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A top-notch place to shop!

Nice wine selection! Prices on all items I've shopped for seemed very fair, and the sale prices were joy-inducing! I only wish I lived closer... I'm a CT girl.
