Great price for the area.....but you get what you pay for.... Horrible customer service....unless you are trying to lease, plan on getting the run around... Our apartment had water running in the windows from above(they finally tucked the bricks). Now we have black mold....painted over it....I would love to see the inside of the drywall! We also have been fighting cockroaches and fleas when we go to the office....please sit in here....oh they are busy now..... Spend a few extra $ and avoid the shit
Apartments are due for a re model but the price point is fantastic! The view are great, the location allows me to get all over town and to the highway quickly; it is right near everything without being in the middle of everything. The neighbors are all friendly as well. It is a good community and Lindsay in the office is really helpful!
I live here and i went to the pool with my sons and i was kicked out of the pool. Becuase their was chemical damage. And the manager working in the office said that it was closed,but the sign said it was open. And she said she was closing it,but she never did.

We have lived here for over five years. That should speak for itself. Staff is courteous and professional. Including the maintenance staff. Which are always prompt in their services. We highly recommend River Roads to anyone looking for a new apartment home.
