I’m getting ready to sign my fourth lease. It is a safe, quiet, apartment complex. It is also very affordable for the north side of Indianapolis.
ive lived here for almost 2 years. its an absolute joke. i really wish this page allowed ratings and comments. i wouldnt give a good one, nor have any other people for the most part. no wonder you guys (if it was your choice) took off the comment section for this (trust me, i looked) ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE
I’ve leased at river road apartments for a year. I didn’t have too many issues throughout the year that I stayed their. Had a flea problem that I ended up resolving because the company hired didn’t do anything when they’d come to my apartment to “spray”. Second time they came they left a bunch or their food and drink trash on my floor. Last and final time I could tell they actually sprayed this time because it left a film on the bathroom floor. very good apartments and good price
I live here for just over 1 year and it was the worst apartment I've ever had. I had the following problems: a very bad mold smell within days of moving in as well as mildew in the shower, major bug problems because holes from outside pipes were left open, mice (I caught several in traps and then I got a cat), broken heat for over a week, sewage overflowing into my apartment (happened 3x), and various pipe and ceiling leakages.
