RecommendedI’ve lived at River Road for about 4 years now. Never needed to call for help ever until this year. A few weeks ago, I had a big infestation problem. They sent an exterminator within the week and I haven’t seen a bug since. Then, my refrigerator broke down, so I called to let them know. Literally the next day, I had a new fridge. I rarely ever leave recommendations and, until about a month ago, River Road was just a place I lived. It’s now proven to truly care for its residents and exceed expectations when you need them.

Great staff very friendly! Absolutely great place to live. Best maintenance staff ever. Always friendly and helpful, they resolve issues quickly. Very quiet and peaceful.
Cheapest place around the Castleton/Keystone area. I’ve lived here for 4+ years and have to say it’s great! Older appliances and smaller floor plans but the views and customer service make up for that ten fold. The leasing office staff is alway courteous, cheerful, and ready to help with whatever you may need. The maintenance staff is equally as awesome with knowledge, professionalism, and a willingness to fix whatever you need fixed in a thorough/timely manner. Great place to live and close to everything.
Looking at these reviews makes me wonder if I have just not lived long enough to write a review. I moved in two and a half months ago. So far I love it! I've heard great things from previous residents. Love my apartment and cost. Staff has been very helpful and maintainence has been quick this far. My only complaint is that I haven't meant anyone, but that's not their fault!!
The building have electrical issues that require a UPS to protect electronics. In the summer it may be uncomfortable in your apartment because of the poorly maintained A/C units. Don't expect any thing to be fixed properly, because they cut corners whenever possible.
