My first visit here for a sudden concern about my 19 week old pup. The ladies in the front and back office were wonderful and so kind. Dr. Lamb was professional and friendly, he worked quickly but knowledge and confidence and I didn't feel silly asking questions or asking him to explain further about my pups issues and didn't feel rushed. Very pleased with our visit and we will definitely be returning for regular care.

The doctors and staff at River Road are beyond exceptional. Great care, great hours, great all around. Highly recommend. It is well worth the drive (port orchard) for me and my family. Thank you River Road!

I have three dogs and I've spent more time at RRAH over the past year than anyone would want. Dog #1 - A severe reaction to a vaccine (June '15) led to life-saving treatment and on-going care (Thank you Dr. Reimer!). This will require continuous advice/consultation, and I know the staff at RRAH are there for me. Dog #2 - Tonight, I had to make the end-of-life decision (Lymphoma, hip issues). We always thought our dogs are good taking care off and we're so happy to find a good vet. After now spending 100$ after 100$ dollar for new medication that supposed to help our dog with his rashes which just make him break out more and more. Now another 25o $ for an allergic test, which we suggest to do not the vet!! Sandra, We really empathize with you having to deal with allergies. We hope to manage symptoms and treat as best as possible but there is no cure so it is a very difficult problem to deal with. Allergies are very frustrating! I am not sure of the communication that occurred on the phone so will investigate and make sure things were handled appropriately. We are sorry you feel frustrated.
