My Chihuahua Ruby Rose was very sick. The staff took very good care of her. I'm glad they were there to help her heal. Thank you everyone who cared for Ruby.
HAVING MY DOG MICRO CHIPPED 7 YEARS AGO BY THIS VET DIDNT HELP ALLS THEY DID IS INSERT THE MICRO CHIP INTO HIM...WITH NO INFORMATION ON IT...THANKS ALOT...AND AFTER THREE YEARS THEY HAVE DELETED ALLS HIM MEDICALS RECORDS THANKS AGAIN....

Mark, we are sorry you are not happy. It is true that microchips need to be registered with the company. That is something that owners do either at the time they pay for the microchip or send in the registration papers on their own. If you did not register the microchip, it is just a number. Check with Home Again to make sure your contact information is kept current. It really is up to you to register the microchip. It can take a very long time to feel even a little better after losing a beloved pet. Each person is different in their grieving process. I'm sure Baby Cat would want you to share your love with another cat in need when you are ready. Hang in there Melva, it will get a little better with time.
