Even though they were super busy and had no appointments available, they still MADE time to see me and my dog Lady tonight. Our regular vet closes too early for me now and after taking her in, I have decided this is where we will be going from now on. Everyone was so kind, and the vet was excellent. She answered all my questions and actually listened to what I had to say. There are no words to express how grateful I am for all they have done for my big guy/Monbo. He had bone cancer and had to have an amputation, a scary stressful situation. Fortunatly RRAH was never more than a call or email away which helped ease my mind. Dr Pam did an AMAZING job and he is well on his way to recovery. Monbo and I would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts and that we appreciate you all so very much for taking such WONDERFUL care of him! :)

We love Dr Lisa, even our very grumpy, kennel aggressive Ezzy loves Dr Lisa. The staff are wonderful, the hours superb; a long way from us but we make the trip!!
