My husband and I love living here with our puppy. We are so excited for the upcoming workout space, pool, and dog park.
Nice looking places, but looks can be deceiving! Poor craftmanship, sloppy paint jobs, cheap materials and NO INSULATION! The noise level is horrible. Can hear EVERYTHING and EVERY SOUND. The parking is a huge problem here. There is no assigned parking. People must have more than 2 cars & if they have a garage, they don't use it! People also don't know how to park in their own space! A nice new place with rent on the high side compared to other similar places. Many amenities are planned but still not available. There are clear growing pains on the day to day mgmt. side of things that seem to be simple fixes. Time will tell. After one month our experience is that it is a nice place to live. Office is slow to respond to messages left. There is a continuing issue with overflowing recycle and garbage bins.
