RecommendedI have been living here for about a month now and I love it. I love the modern look to the apartment and I feel right at home. The location is great, in the fact that it’s not located directly in the city. I rarely here anyone noise, just a few footsteps which is a given. The staff is kind and great with answering questions. I can’t wait for the workout faculty and swimming pool to be finished!! I highly recommend River Hills Apartments!!
So now that I have moved out and finally received my security deposit back which was mailed on the very last day legally acceptable I can provide details of this horrible experience. My Fiance and I moved in the first building built at River Hills. We moved into a lower unit and what a mistake! The noise from above was horrible! Numerous complaints had to be made to the first of 3 managers the property has had since its opening.( and it hasn't been open very long!)Calling in ...Continue Reading
I've only been living here less than a week but I love it. The location is so nice. Far enough outside the city to be removed from all the Fond du Lac nonsense, but close enough to the highway and grocery/restaurants to still be convenient. The one bedroom apartment I have has a nice clean/fresh/modern design. The kitchen is a tad cramped and counter space is limited but overall serviceable.
