Do NOT choose this place! I used to advertise for them until I got billed $400+ for carpet removals on top of the deposit. we asked them if we could get someone to clean the carpets and they told us not to worry about it and they'll go in and do it themselves unless they are excessive stains. which we had excessive stains and we touched on that part. my husband and I are out of a job due to covid-19 and on top of the deposit, the extra $400+ bill we also had to pay $800 to break the lease. we called corporate and told them a... read more

RecommendedMy boyfriend and I lived here for almost 2 years and overall, really enjoyed our experience. Management and maintenance were always kind, responsive, and quick to fix any issues. The only downfall we experienced was noise, as you will in most apartments. We were on the top floor and could hear our downstairs neighbor’s every move clear as day, I can’t imagine what it would have been like if we also had someone living above us. My Fiance and I have lived here for a year and we absolutely love it here. Jade, the leasing consultant, has helped us from day one. Any question or concern she is right there. I highly recommend renting here.
They are deleting all low star reviews! This place is a joke and they know it!!
I mean come on! An apartment complex that gives out hot cider and donuts on your way to work? How awesome is that? The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They work hard and do a great job at making living here an enjoyable experience. Oh, and the dogs. All the fun and wonderful dogs. Highly recommend River Hills.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now and I love the community. I have met some of my closest friend here, my dog- Polar loves all his furry friends that he has made, and the staff is always extremely friendly! I love working with Jade! She knows her stuff and is easy to talk to. She made the process of moving in very easy!
We lived here for a year. Overall, it was a very good experience. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly. We adopted 2 dogs while we were living here, and the process with River Hills was pretty easy. Checking out at the end of our lease was handled better than most of the places I have lived. Probably the nicest apartments in Fond du Lac.
