RecommendedAfter looking at these apartments I have to say they are impressive! Many things are included with the rent along with being able to have large dogs. The people were warm and welcoming which is a huge plus! This is an amazing option for so many different reasons.
Recommended4.5 STARS Moved here with my now wife in February of 17. A little disapointed with how long it has taken to get any amenities as we were really excited to be able to use them. Regardless we understand that is out of the control of managment and have nothing but the best experiance with all of those working in the office as well as maintience. we would recommend living here as 1. it is very pet friendly and our furbabies love it, and 2. there really is not this value or fixtures in fond du lac avalible if you have pets.
RecommendedMe and boyfriend lived here for about a year. Very convenient location as it is right by the highway for traveling to school in Oshkosh. We absolutely loved it here, the high ceilings were a nice touch and loved how updated it was inside. The full size washer and dryer was definitely a plus! Parking was an issue at night and while we lived here they were working on building 3, so there was lots of construction noises, especially in the morning.
