This vet is the greatest! Love all of the staff. Everyone is so nice and caring. Highly recommend!
We brought our new puppy in to River City Vet for the $1 nose to tail first check up. I was unsure what Vet I wanted to take her to after my last experience with my dog and his symptoms being either misdiagnosed or ignored. They answered every single question we had and gave us so many pamphlets to help us decide wellness plans and what route we are going to go. All of the staff here are phenomenal. They truly care about your pet and they show it with their actions. Both vets that I've dealt with have been knowledgeable and caring and I have felt my dogs have gotten the best possible care. They are full service as well and even have an Urgent Care option if you need to get your pet in but they do not have an appointment available. Our family has been client and patient of River City for over eight years. With all senior pets now the challenges of care are greater then ever. All the staff at River City go out of their way to be accommodating and are always compassionate with what ever my current crisis might be. Also, back in his younger years my pup was a big fan of the doggy day care. Great during the winter when there is snow everywhere. From the front desk staff to the veterinarians in the exam room there is a great team effort.
AMAZING... this place rocks. My Aurora love this place and so do I. I feel so happy and know that my puppy is safe and having fun. the prices are good and I feel like the staff really really loves their job. I will not take her anywhere eles.
