Dr Puckett is amazing, my little Ginger just love her to pieces. I feel very at ease with Dr Puckett and all the staff at River City carrying for both my children.
The staff at River City are wonderful. I called this morning, and they were able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. My dogs and I have seen every veterinarian who works here, and each one is competent, professional, and friendly. They have a knack for making me feel like my pet is the most important pet in the world. Furthermore, I trust their knowledge and expertise, and I appreciate the excellent care and service they give me and my pets!
Dr. Matt Harsch is the best veterinarian I have ever come across. He takes the time to communicate all the possible causes of your pets illness and the variety of treatments available. I loved the fact that River City is a cat-friendly practice, and it really made a difference as my cat never seemed anxious or scared when we went for visits or when she was boarded (they have a great boarding facility where your cat can look out the windows). I have 2 dogs, one who doesn't care for men, and Dr. Harsh takes the time to work with him while checking him over. We also have one that they thought might have a tumor or fungal infection. Once again Dr. Harsh worked with us and our dog. The people there are very kind and caring.
