RecommendedWe LOVE Dr Puckett and the crew at River City! I would definitely call our family "regulars" at this point it seems that we make a visit at least monthly for our fur babies. We have used River City since the clinic opened and have had always been happy with our care. Dr Puckett treats us like family.
The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Everyone took time to answer all of our questions. Although they seemed busy, we did not have to wait very long (a blessing as our last vet kept us in our car for hours). We are very happy to have found River City Veterinary.
Everyone is kind, professional, courteous, and on time! My dog loves going there too!
look, we've been clients here a long time. a very long time. a while back you guys used to provide great service. now... not so much. you call me with appt. reminders for animals we don't own. even after correcting this information time after time you continue to call me. you schedule appts. for my animals without first sending me the estimate for the procedures.... ive given you the correct phone numbers, email addresses, and told you time and again which animals belong to me.... and still your staff can't seem to get this ... read more

It was a very sad day for me my dog past away. There is absolutely nothing they could do he was old and very sick. They did everything they could To make me and my dog comfortable. Then they went above and beyond giving me a key chain and a little vial with some of my dog's hair in for a keepsake. Well done!!! Very classy!! Honestly made me feel a little better thank you.
River City Vet came to the rescue with a last minute Parvo test and shots update when our normal Vet was booked! They were wonderful! Thank you for taking the time and care for my sweet dog Oreo Milkshake! The curbside check in is awesome!
I’m very grateful for them. They always have time for my little Louie and Koko even when they are so busy they will make time. Thank you so much for always taking good care of my babies. ❤️❤️
