Everyone working there really cares about animals and especially ours 😜. Caring, creative and loving!
Very happy with the speed in which we were able to get our little morkie in for an appointment after a nasty bee sting. We were given a great deal of time and attention by both the vet tech and physician. We felt the treatment provided and meds prescribed were appropriate. The facility was very clean and all staff were very friendly and attentive. We will be transferring the future care of both our fur babies to River City since it’s also closer to our new home and they provide extended urgent care hours.
We love doggy daycare!
The staff at RVVH is THE best!!! Our Golden Darby is a regular at daycare as well as a patient! You won’t find better!! Shandy in the office is a rockstar!!
Disappointed with our most recent interactions with staff. Took our dog in for tests and have been chasing the staff for the results and follow-up calls for a week. Multiple requests for calls have gone unanswered and another promised call by the vet has gone by with no contact. Clearly they're not all that interested in our business. Barring an immediate change, we'll be seeking a new provider.
