We called them and explained that we lived in homedale and our dogs neck and been ripped open and they automatically said get here as soon as u can. So friendly and understanding will definitely use them again. They get thumbs up from our whole family. Thanku

I Brought Beau to see Dr. Harsch today. Beau is a nervous dog and can be reactive to other dogs. Shandee spoke with Amanda and waved us in and immediately roomed us. This helps Beau immensely. We were greeted by AJ who Beau liked right away. AJ went the extra mile (with Treats) to gain Beau's trust. Dr. Harsch has been great every time we come in trying to help Beau with his anxiety/behavior problems. I really appreciate everyone's help today. My husband and I love our boy and want him to have the best life. Thanks again!

Switching to a new vet after many years at the same one was stressful. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Puckett and the staff at River City. Friendly staff, very competent and knowledgeable while being very personable with my dogs and myself. Very clear and helpful advice on what was needed and options available without pressure. Glad to find such compassionate care for my fur kids.
