Its been two weeks since me and my now fiancé stayed at the hotel. We can't stop talking about the amazing service and everything they did for us. That weekend i proposed to my girlfriend so I got in touch with guest services two months in advance since i had too many questions about the location, etc, etc. I couldn't be more happy with all the help i got from Patricia and Shanon, they took care of all the questions i had and more! After many years this is no longer a dog friendly hotel, and parking has become onerous since it is valet only. Sadly not interested in returning. Leave it for the tourists.

I simply love this place. It is not just beautiful; they do everything above & beyond. The decor was too notch. The food was exceptional...delicious, truly fresh, & presented like art. The staff is always the best of the best. Whenever I drive up to the Ritz, I feel like I've arrived at a magical heavenly location!

We spent a night and I it was very peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful location, nice room and kind customer service. However, I have to point out that in room service was slow. We ordered two beers on our arrival late in the evening and it took 45 minutes. The following morning we ordered in room breakfast and croissant were really cold. It would have been nice to receive them warm.
