Exceptional service, though the wine bar closed early. Room was clean and comfortable. What distinguishes these types of hotels from the 4 stars is the impeccable service and they did not disappoint. Spa was excellent, separate facilities for men and women and only a cooed whirlpool.

The restaurant brought cold food to my friend and didn't follow the instructions for what she asked for on her burger. My burger was warm, but also did not have what I asked for on it. The waitress was less than helpful. Service was very slow. The valet was very disorganized and incredibly slow. After twenty minutes, they actually told me it was my fault.
