The views were impressive!! Valet parking staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the property. The most beautiful thing was the view from the hotel to the ocean

This is our second stay at this location and it was fabulous. Enjoyed watching the bagpiper at sundown by the outdoor fire pits. Loved our coastal view room with fire pit. The service is always amazing as soon as you pass through the gate they already address you personally by name from the valet attendant to the front desk. Enjoyed the spa for a couples massage, the techniques by Berit my masseuse loosened my shoulders and neck. The coed hot tub was a great way to end the treatment with my husband.

The server did not attend to our needs, was surprised. The chair and table was wet, we had to ask 3 times before she made a move. Asked for glass of water and she forgot to get that. An item that we had returned, was also charged for.
Disappointing that ritz does not support emotional support dogs on its property.

Absolutely loved watching the Super Bowl LI at the RC Half Moon Bay ! David our bartender made the Best cocktails ....& we loved the view of the water as we snacked on a delectable cheese & charcuterie plate!
We love this place. One of our favorite places to be. The staff is amazing, they are friendly and very service oriented. We never want to go home.
