Checked in. Had a large blower running in bathroom. Apparently had a serious issue in room. Took some real effort to get housekeeping to sanitize floors. Overall not helpful. Ask for a manager and they never responded. Sent a young guy from housekeeping to translate to the working crew. Amazing poor service and follow up. Guess managers aren't interest in issues. Nice hotel. Questionable service
