I have been taking my kids here for years - they have the best customer service! The entire staff is just as nice as they can be and really know how to calm any and all fears including mine as a parent. Love this place!
Love Dr. Brooks and his staff. Can't say enough good things about him. My son has a high fear of the dentist and they work with him to get him through some dental work.
We love Dr. Brooks! Of all of the businesses in Cary, this is the one that I most highly recommend. Any child would be fortunate to be a patient at Preston Corners Pediatric Dentistry. Over the last 16 years that my children have seen Dr. Brooks, he has helped with dental emergencies, pulled a tooth, filled cavities, and done routine care....and my kids still have no fear of the dentist and love going to see Dr. Brooks.
Every step of my son's appointment was met with friendly folks and great service, from making the appointment to checkout. Hygienist Cameron is top notch! She showed my three year old every tool before she put it in his mouth so he was comfortable and nothing was too scary for his first visit. Hands down, I'd recommend them ten times over!!

Great office, great people, always feel welcome...
LOVE this office. Dr. Brooks and his staff are really awesome. They are so well trained to deal with difficult patients as well as making it fun for the kids that love going to the dentist. I have one of each and they have dealt with both of them in the best way and my youngest daughter is now no longer afraid of the dentist. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
Preston Corners is such a great office. My kids LOVE going to the dentist and always have a great experience there. I love that the office works with me if I have a last minute change or need for an appointment. Great team and so glad we go there!
Dr. Chandak and the entire staff here are just wonderful! They are always polite, prompt, and very genuine in their care for all of my children. My special needs daughter especially! They support our non-profit organization in anything that we do also. Our last visit we walked in to the staff wearing the organization shirts that they all purchased in support of our last fundraiser. It almost had me in tears to see the support of everyone.
