Dr. Fisher performed a C3-C7 laminoplasty on me in December 2020. During surgery, he caused a Cranial Spinal Fluid (CSF) leak by perforating my spinal canal and did not disclose this to me afterward. During months of subsequent "thunderclap" headaches, he continued to deny that I had this disorder. After landing in an ER with tremors, extreme pain, loss of bladder control, etc., it was learned through the original surgical records that a perforation was caused during the original surgery, and an attempt was made to repair it... read more

I was referred tovDr Erulkar for a herniated disk. After the first surgery, I was in horrible pain, I could not walk and he gave me very mild pain meds. I was screaming in pain and I am tough. He never told me he had pierced the dura, the fluid around the spine but said I needed another surgery. So I had a second one, still same pain. I finally went to a neurosurgeon who knew what was wrong immediately. I needed a third surgery to fix what Erulkar messed up.

Dr. Swartz is very personable and answers all of your questions, but more important he is a GREAt technician! You want to walk away from your surgery with a minimal amount of pain and a good outcome: I had a knee replacement last month and he did a great job!

He let me talk but did not listen except in a superficial way during initial office visit in 2016. He was the surgeion who did my second total knee joint replacement. I did not stress my age, or othr cautionary conditions such as obesity during office visits prior to surgery. And there was no discussion of which, if any, anti-clotting prophylaxis he would order post surgery. My desired outcome from the knee surgery was only partially realized – no more pain and no dimple in my knee. Today I still use a mobility aid to walk.

Dr. Shapiro unfortunately doesn’t communicate very well but sometimes his staff is able to assist with issues when he “doesn’t have time”.

It's hard to find many surgeons who want to care about the whole YOU. It's hard to find surgeons who really take the time to listen to your needs and conditions and explain procedures and possible outcomes in an understanding way. But, Dr. Erulkar is just that kind of surgeon and I am exceptionally grateful for all he has done to alleviate my pain and discomfort. For many years, I've suffered with herniated discs and stenosis that left me walking with great difficulty. At 71, I've had my share of orthopedic issues and surger... read more

After dislocating my finger, Dr. Hoepfner helped me every step of the way to return my hand to full functional use. He has an excellent bedside manner, gave me treatment options, and thoroughly explained how to care for my hand to get maximal results.

Dr Mark Hamming and Dr David Hamming were my surgeons back in the day. When I was 27 yo, I had 3 breaks in my ankle They repaired it with a temporary 5 screw plate on exterior side and installed a pin and a screw on the interior side. Casted for about 8 weeks. 9 months later the hardware was removed. It was better than new. I am now 60 yo and I still have absolutely no pain or issues with my ankle. Thank you for your exquisite care and skill.
