I had my first appointment with Dr. Shah yesterday. Scheduling was easy, and I was surprised that I got an appointment so quickly. I've had incredible knee pain and swelling for several years, and was looking for help per my other doctors' recommendations. I spent 3 hours total waiting and saw him for less than 5 minutes. I have a complex health history that may be tied to this knee pain, and his answer was another set of steroid shots. He said that'll fix all of it. I felt very dismissed; he said he would be back to do the ... read more

Dr. Shah replaced my left hip—absolutely amazing surgeon! I was walking unassisted next day as well as driving. I was back to lifting, including light deadlifts, after 3 weeks and squatting after 6. Never had an ounce of pain nor did I take any painkillers—only ibuprofen. My friends/acquaintances that have had surgery are amazed! I had interviewed 5 other surgeons—Dr Shah took the time to listen to me, explain his approach, and gave me a feeling of confidence in his abilities. His approach is so far advanced beyond other sur... read more

Dr. shah did my hip surgery for hip impingement. He performed hip arthroscopy with multiple repairs. I have been suffering with this for several years. From the day of the surgery until now ( I am 7 weeks post op) I have not had ANY pain! It is a miracle. I am walking, riding a bike, etc and feeling great! My only regret is that I didn't have the surgery sooner.

Dr Shah is without question as great a surgeon as you can find. He did a hip replacement on me & @ no point did I have discomfort. He’s extremely informative about all the things involved before, during & after surgery. He gladly answered any & all questions I had. And I asked more than 1 silly question. I’ll be forever thankful to him for getting me in for surgery quickly so I could return to work. His staff was outstanding as well. I couldn’t say enough great things about them. This is truly 1 hell of a Dr. I’m blessed to ... read more

My experience with Dr Shah and his staff was fantastic. From my first visit, surgery, recovery, rehab and discharge I could not have asked for a better experience. His RN Brandon and his PA Katherine were just as fantastic. Any questions or concerns where taken care of immediately. From knee surgery to back to work in 6 weeks. If I rate my whole experience 0-10, I would say 11.

Follow-up to a previous review...............6 weeks to the day after hip replacement I spent 5 days in Acadia National Park (Maine) hiking trails with only my walking stick to provide security in not taking any unnecessary risks. Made it back home feeling better than ever!

Dr Shah is an excellent surgeon. Surgery was at 7AM and I was home by 2:00PM. Pain level was totally manageable and at 2-1/2 weeks I was walking without a cane. Follow-up was good and staff very helpful.

Dr. Shah was kind, attentive, and extremely approachable. He articulated the options for my treatment, and then went back over them when I had questions. He clearly explained my problem and the next steps. I can't remember the last time that happened (unfortunately).
