Dr. Chuang is courteous, thorough, efficient and caring. She makes you feel like you'really her only patient. She listens!

I was a pt with Dr over 2 yrs.. All i ever noticed is how quick her visit is but since i was a reg. nurse for 38 yrs. i did not need alot of education from her. reason she is so quick is for the money, the more pts she can see the more she makes if i did have a question it felt like i was annoying her or wasting her precious time. my last appt she refused to see me because i could not afford a 75 dollars co pay even though i was suffering with a bladder infection, if u want someone who cares go

My wife, being seen to follow up a pelvis fracture sustained in a fall, was treated in a very unprofessionally. We sat in the waiting room for about half an hour until taken into the examination room where we waited for another half hour. Dr. Chuang did not properly examine her patient and seemed more interested in getting out of the room to see another patient. In my opinion, she is incompetent We are looking for another doctor.

I was very ill and had a lot of problems. Rita Chuang did nothing to make any of this better. She was nasty and acted like a spoiled child. Don't need it. There are too many caring, good doctors out there. I have one now. Put toys in her hands not your healthcare.
