My experience with Dr. Chuang was exactly a year ago. It was so upsetting that I have avoided discussing it til now. My husband had a medical emergency and I called the office - they agreed to fit us in the next day. She came into the room and let us know how inconvenient it was to see us. She would not even listen to his symptoms -- said she didn't have time. She was rude, disrespectful and uncaring. She walked out of the room as I was still talking. We had to immediately go to ER.
After the first office visit, the level of care is almost nonexistent. On my last and final office visit, Rita Chuang rushed into the room and out of the room. I thought she was coming back; I was told she was finished.
My first appointment as a new patient with Dr. Chuang went great. She seemed very caring and kind. My second appointment with her was today and wow I was speechless. She came in the room, rushed through my exam and when I asked about another issue and if there was something I could use to help, she complete ignored my question and rushed out of the room. I was so confused as to what had happened. I have never felt so uncared for by a doctor in my life.
If you're looking for a doctor who is uncaring and unhelpful and whose office staff is rude and unprofessional, then this is the doctor for you. If that's not what you're looking for, do like I did and find another doctor.
This office is horrible. It is with great pleasure that I am taking my entire family of 6 to another provider. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new doctor that you find someone other than Dr Chuang.
I have never had a doctor that is so cold and unprofessional. If you are there for a annual exam, don’t ask about renewing prescriptions that has to be done at another office visit not at your annual exam. She is always in a hurry, you feel like you are rushed through your appointment. I gave it a over a year to try to see if I just got her on a bad day. Went a couple of weeks ago because I was sick. Rushed through again would not answer any questions, Really! I’m done.
Dr. Chuang is very personable, THOROUGH, and her office is well organized. I am glad I found her!
When I started seeing Dr. Chuang seemed caring. Now she is rushed and borderline rude. It seems that all she does is refer you to a specialist after she charged you for the visit.
Caring knowledgeable with excellent bed manners. She'll find the time to see you and always direct your care in the right direction.Find a doctor like this is really Priceless
