Dr. Chuang listens! And responds appropriately to my concerns. That’s what’s important and why she is the best Dr. I’ve seen in the last 20 years.
I never had any issues with Dr. Chuang. Reading many of the previous reviews saddened me when I read all the negativity and, yet, the reviews were dated AFTER she went with Cano. Cano was the problem, especially now that the word is out they filed for bankruptcy. My appointments with Dr. Rita in the past have always gone exceptionally well. She went with Cano when, as a sole-practioner, she needed help and could not handle everything in her office without help. Of course, going with Cano was not a good choice. Dr. Chuang was the best doctor I've ever had in my entire long life. I was a patient of hers for over 15 years. She was quick and efficient for routine visits, which was perfect, but she would stop and take good, quality, caring, time if the situation warranted it. I'm so very sad to be looking for a new primary care physician after all these years. No one will come close.
Dr. Chuang is a wonderful doctor and everything was good before she sold her practice to Cano Health. Since then, it's been hard to get appointments and referrals. People should not penalize her for Cano's practices.
I have been seeing doctor Chuang for almost 10 years and should have left a long time ago but it’s been convenient. Her practice has continued to decline and she seems to have lost her passion and empathy for her patients. She is always in a hurry irritated if you ask questions. It’s unfortunate
I was a patient of Dr. Chuang at her Henderson office for 5 years. NEVER have I been able to find another primary doctor since she went into telemedicine! This lady saved the only foot I have. She went out of her way to bring in a 'placenta' specialist to teach her how to apply it to my toes and the usage thereafter. She would come to her office even on weekends to give me strong antibiotics by shots. All of this did eventually save my foot! Over the course of a year and a half I tried to get a referral to a specialist. I saw her or an alternate for her 5 times. They claimed to have sent the referral each time, but in the end the referrals were never sent. I'm glad I didn't have cancer.
I have been a patient for over 3 years and while I really like Dr. Rita Chuang, Cano Health is horrible. There service is extermly poor. I can't email my doctor directly for any reason nor can I get seen when I need an appointment. Cano Health employees are rude, unhelpful and very difficult for work with. I would suggest using a different doctor which is so sad as Dr. Chuang is lovely!
My husband and I had our follow up this past week, and I also have FMLA paperwork and she’s basically yelling at me. Tell me that she can’t do these paper because she don’t have my file and I have no record on anything in mind you this is a follow up so she should I already have my records from the previous doctor if not, they should’ve called and have me request them again telling me that she15 min per patient and don’t have time to fill them out then she sent me a specialist for my thyroid, and she has no record of that ei... read more
