All the tenants... (Verified Renter) All the tenants around me smoke weed or cigarettes and it fills our house. Below and across smoke weed. Next to us smokes cigarettes. As non smokers it?s gross. The recyclables still are a mess and need their own area. I like it here because of the space as a dual master and washer and dryer but am looking elsewhere for our next move.

The parking situation is not great... you really can't have guests over as a result and for some the rent is too steep but... you do get a lot more for your money than you would living closer to the beach. It's a decent value and the units are really nice.
