The parking situation is not great... you really can't have guests over as a result and for some the rent is too steep but... you do get a lot more for your money than you would living closer to the beach. It's a decent value and the units are really nice.

Too expensive The... (Verified Renter) Too expensive The Office doesn't commicate to each other, and they have never answered an email I send months ago. They responded saying someone else would respond the next day and I never heard from them again.
Parking is unreal.... (Verified Renter) Parking is unreal. Even if your vehicle is registered to the complex they will still tow you.
the rent price... (Verified Renter) the rent price doesn't match the quality you get. while this may be a nice community, with the price I'm paying i should get a lot more than "looks"
