She seems to only want to do the minimum level of work and does not respond to resident concerns. Lucinda and jackie are super professional and friendly so I just go to them instead of Annie.

Sadly, like most... (Verified Renter) Sadly, like most places, you are treated great BEFORE you pay and then once money is taken the poor customer service kicks in.
I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this apartment because parking is too difficult for guests, when there are more than enough parking spots. Also management does not handle service requests in a timely manner. The grounds, pool, and gym were kept very nice.
This community is... (Verified Renter) This community is well taken care of. Any service request gets taken care of immediately. The office staff are really helpful and patient. The parking is simple and there is no stress as to whether or not you're going to get a spot. The apartments are lovely inside and the design is really open and relaxing. I would change nothing about how I live right now. I am extremely happy here.
The change in... (Verified Renter) The change in the parking rules is very inconvenient. Only having a guest visit for 4 hours isn't always a reality. The problem wasn't not having enough guest spaces. It was not allowing homes with 3 residents to have 3 parking spots. The parking lot is never full in the 14months I lived there. By not allowing 3 cars for residents with 3 bedrooms or the option to pay more for an additional parking space you inconvenienced everyone by making visitor parking more difficult with time restricti... read more
