Parking is an... (Verified Renter) Parking is an issue. Cannot host book club because I would have to ask all members to send me a copy of their insurance. Too much busy work to have a few gust park for a few hours.
I loved living... (Verified Renter) I loved living here besides the fact that there was no extra guest parking for guests who visited more than twice a week.
The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is way too high and it keeps going up. The trash area is a complete disaster and trash was always over flowing and all over the place. Even in walk ways and on the public stairs.
It's fine if... (Verified Renter) It's fine if you are on a cop floor with a nice view, or if it never drops below 70 degrees.
Parking Enforcement rules... (Verified Renter) Parking Enforcement rules are way too strict. Management should not be micromanaging most aspects of parking. Whether I back into my dedicated parking spot or not should be my choice as long as I am using a permitted vehicle.
No guess parking... (Verified Renter) No guess parking and rent is too high and it goes up 8 to 10 % each time you renew your lease. I can't even qualify to live here anymore

I knew this when I moved in, but the smell of smoke bothers me more than I thought it would. -Road noise some nights due to location -Additional fee for parking
I would 100%... (Verified Renter) I would 100% recommend Rising Glen because it is quiet, safe, and the neighborhood is top notch (walking distance to mall, groceries, hiking trails, beach).
Lucinda added an... (Verified Renter) Lucinda added an extra level of customer service. Although the complex was older and ltd parking I had a good vibe with Lucinda. She made it feel like the tenants were important and the property mgmnt cares. Very important.
