Parking is an... (Verified Renter) Parking is an issue. Cannot host book club because I would have to ask all members to send me a copy of their insurance. Too much busy work to have a few gust park for a few hours.

The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is way too high and it keeps going up. The trash area is a complete disaster and trash was always over flowing and all over the place. Even in walk ways and on the public stairs.

Parking Enforcement rules... (Verified Renter) Parking Enforcement rules are way too strict. Management should not be micromanaging most aspects of parking. Whether I back into my dedicated parking spot or not should be my choice as long as I am using a permitted vehicle.
